You don't know the future. You created it.
If you have a precise idea of the future - it won't turn out the way you imagined.
This constantly prompts me to:
1. Take the necessary steps
2. Allow fulfillment to happen regardless of your own will
Action and allowing are two components of adventurous creation.
How to get started
Ask a question. For example:
What is something you haven't discovered yet that would make you happier if you did?
I see being happier as increasing your ability to experience happiness - Continuously.
Questions help because they lead you out of the prison of your thoughts and show you new possibilities.
Thinking doesn't make you happy.
You have learned to think, but you have not learned to be happier - and this brings everything we are looking for:
More money, happier relationships, greater mental and physical health, more opportunities in business, etc.
There comes a time when it turns out that nothing is what you thought it was.
This brings the possibility of a new change.
Nothing is what it seems.
Nor the opposite.
It's incomprehensible at first - I didn't understand this for 8 years.
Then, suddenly, the lesson was lost.
You enter a space where you view things not as known or unknown, but as possibilities.
We call this mindfulness. (Or presence.)
How to develop it
With questions.
The more questions you ask, the less you think because you direct your attention elsewhere.
This is the key.
Answers close, questions open.
Ask questions and experience a change in the way you view the unknown and uncertainty.
You can recognize that these are actually opportunities.
